Terms & Conditions — wjph Casino Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Intellectual Property Rights

WJPH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH USE OF THE SERVICE.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WJPH CASINO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WJPH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WJPH'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR WJPH ACCOUNT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless wjph Casino, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights; (d) any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity conducted through your account; or (e) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate the matter to wjph management for review. Only after exhausting these informal resolution processes may you pursue formal legal action.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your wjph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. wjph is not obligated to maintain closed accounts or allow reopening. If you close your account as part of a self-exclusion program, reopening restrictions will apply as specified in our Responsible Gaming policy.

9.2 Termination by wjph

wjph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, failure to complete identity verification, suspected money laundering, or any conduct that wjph determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.
